Project Overview
Doctors using closed EHR platforms lose hours to manual data entry because those systems offer no practical export path. The Clinical Sync Suite closes that gap: enterprise Chrome extensions capture live charts, labs, and rosters from Practice Fusion and eClinicalWorks, while NestJS ingestion services validate, sanitize, and transform the unstructured data that comes back. The whole pipeline runs on HIPAA-conscious AWS infrastructure built for low-latency streaming.

Practice Fusion and eClinicalWorks are closed platforms, so patient data had to be captured from the clinician's own authenticated session and then made trustworthy enough for downstream clinical use — all under HIPAA constraints.
Browser-side capture feeding HIPAA-conscious ingestion services
Enterprise Chrome extensions extract charts, labs, and rosters directly from the clinician's session, handing off to NestJS ingestion services that validate, sanitize, and transform the data before storage. The services run as containers on AWS ECS behind API Gateway, with Lambda and S3 supporting the streaming path.
