Engineer Spotlight: Hardik Devmurari

JRHMSquare Team· Team SpotlightOctober 24, 20264 min read

Every product team has someone who ends up touching almost every layer of the stack — the person who ships the feature, then makes sure it actually stays up in production. At JRHMSquare, that's Hardik Devmurari.

From frontend to full-stack

Hardik started as a front-end developer working with React.js, and over five-plus years grew into a full-stack engineer comfortable across the MERN stack, React Native, and cloud infrastructure. That range shows up in how he works: he's as likely to be refining a UI interaction as he is to be debugging a WebSocket connection or configuring an AWS Lambda function.

Healthcare, real-time, and AI

Much of his recent work has centered on healthcare applications — leading development on staff and patient-facing mobile apps, building real-time communication features with Twilio and Agora, and integrating AI-powered chatbots using the ChatGPT API across Telegram and Instagram. Earlier in his career, he worked on NLU training and chatbot integration with Rasa, Dialogflow, and Botpress — the kind of conversational-AI groundwork that's increasingly relevant to every product team today.

Why that matters for how we build

A lot of teams split "writes features" and "runs infrastructure" into two different people. Hardik does both. He manages Android and iOS release pipelines, works directly with AWS services like Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB, and — just as importantly — he's hands-on with the servers these products actually run on: provisioning, Docker, reverse proxies, TLS, DNS. That end-to-end view means less gets lost in translation between "it works on my machine" and "it works in production."

The takeaway

Full-stack doesn't just mean React plus Node anymore — it increasingly means comfort across mobile, real-time systems, AI integrations, and the infrastructure underneath all of it. Hardik's background is a good example of what that looks like in practice, and it's a big part of how JRHMSquare moves fast without things breaking underneath.
